Subscription Renewal and Refund Policy
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions provided by Cyberize It, LLC (“Cyberize It”) automatically renew until you choose to cancel. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period.
2. Non-Refundable: Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any unused time. All fees and charges are non-refundable, even if you never perform a notarization or participate in any of our training courses.
3. Cancellation Procedure: You have the ability to cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our website at www.notary.cool and selecting the “Subscription Management” option.
4. No Performance Guarantee: Cyberize It does not guarantee or warrant any specific performance or results from the use of our services, including but not limited to abilities to claim any work from our Job Board.

Work outcomes are not guaranteed, regardless of subscription level. It’s crucial to view this platform as a supplementary tool rather than a sole source of income. Investing in your own network and marketing efforts remains essential for a fruitful notary business. Remember, even with a premium subscription, results may vary. This platform serves as a supportive resource, but not a guarantee of consistent work. Building strong client relationships and marketing your services independently will lead to the best returns on your investment.

Even though Cyberize It, LLC may have work to claim on the Job Board, you should have your own client base to ensure a good income stream with RON.

How Does RON Work?
- Your client will need to validate their identity through two secure methods. These methods vary by state law; however, include Knowledge Based Authentification, ID Credential Analysis, Biometric Verification, Digital Certificate Verification, or through the use of one or two Credible Witnesses.
- Secure Audio-Visual session, which must be recorded and retained for a length of time determined by your state laws.
- Electronic Signatures and Document Encryption with a Digital Certificate.
- Digital Certificate levels vary by state law. Not all states require that you purchase your own. Find out if you can save that money at www.becomearon.com.
- Tamper Evident Document Encryption. This means when the session is over, the document cannot be changed.
- Electronic Journal, kept for a varying length of time based on state law, that documents all the aspects within the session, from ID Proofing, to Video, to Client Information.
